Simultaneously, efforts should be made to establish a diagnosis , which includes identification of the causative disorder. Once the diagnosis is clear then definitive therapy can be started.
There are various agents that can be helpful in reducing the painful phase of acute lower back problem. A particular medication is chosen after consideration of the goals of treatment.
